The heart of the green is a good objective, with one or two clubs apart depending on the position of the flag in depth. It is well defended and it is a long club to play from the start. So putting the ball on the green is a good shot, and the putt will never be very difficult.

Level « Bogey to Double bogey player » 

If you want to hit the green in 1, you need to have sufficient ball reach, you won't be able to get there by rolling. So to score, either you deliberately play the bunker, because you come out of it regularly, or you play short a little to the right and then you will play your approach high to go on the green.
